• 1-2 in-home prenatal visits to get aquainted, discuss your approach to birth, and practice comfort measures
  
• 1 prenatal visit with your caregiver
• assistance in composing a birth plan
• unlimited phone/email support
• physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and delivery
• TENS and positioning for relief of back labor
• initial breastfeeding assistance
• one in-home postpartum visit
